Warn Announces Cyclone? Plow Blade for ATVs
INDIANAPOLIS, Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo ¨C (February 14, 2004)¨C Warn Industries continues to expand the line of plow blades it offers for use on ATVs today introducing its WARN? ATV Cyclone? Angled Plow Blade. The company previously introduced three sizes of standard plow blades.
Warn gave the Cyclone? blade a curved and tapered design so snow, dirt or other material will be steered up and away from the surface being cleared, thus speeding the job and improving productivity. The blade is available in 54-in. and 60-in. widths.
To stand up to the Toughest conditions, the Cyclone? blade is constructed from heavy 11-gauge steel with stiff ribbing. It comes standard with heavy-duty adjustable gravel skids with quick release pins; and a rugged, replaceable one-inch steel wear bar.
Unlike other plow blades that rely on a single pivot bolt, the Cyclone? blade rotates on a 6" diameter bushing plate that is more reliable and evenly distributes shock loads. In addition, the blade pivots vertically on dual 1?" bushings for added durability. Connecting the blade assembly to the ATV is a WARN? mounting kit, which distributes the plow load throughout the ATV frame, and provides for a fast, easy connect/disconnect.
Cyclone? users can choose from one of two available lifts, a WARN? Universal Manual Lift or Warn's Plow Actuator. Any WARN? ATV winch can also be used to raise and lower the Cyclone? blade.
