Online Appointments: Guidelines and Rules

All refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. To receive a refund you must come, in person, to the clinic for which the appointment was scheduled or to any Neuter Scooter clinic within one year of your scheduled appointment.
All appointments will include basic spay/neuter @ $40.00.
You will be provided with exact check-in time and location after your appointment is verified.
Please note, any additional animals without a pre-paid appointment will cost $50 the day of clinic for surgery.
There is a $3.00 charge (per owner) for booking and paying for an online appointment.
When paying online, there is a limit of five pets per appointment/owner.
Cash or money order ONLY on day of clinic.
There is a $5.00 fee per cat for rescheduling missed appointments.
