1951 Mercury Style Couch
This model was featured on ! The Corbin Mercury style couch is a customer favorite and the one that started the whole Corbin Collection. We have captured the legendary `51 Merc in this stunning piece of functional art. Comfortable? Of course, it's a Corbin! Seating for two and built with the same quality that made Corbin the finest name in motorcycle saddles.
Available in a range of hand painted color schemes, Corbin's Mercury couch comes standard with leather seating and colored welting that coordinates with your chosen paint job. Chose from any PPG? paint to create YOUR look. To choose your scheme, just drop by your local automotive paint store and ask to look through the PPG colors. Once you've decided on the color scheme, just supply us with the paint code and we'll mix it up.
Retro styled tuck & roll upholstery fits perfectly with the design of the fenders for a true hot rod look. Naturally, we include genuine leather seating for an added touch of luxury. Use a standard black leather like the model shown here for a subtle look or go wild with any of our exotic look skins like the Faux Snakeskin shown directly above. Handy storage area inside the "fenders" is accessed through upholstered doors under the armrests. Storage area is lined for a nice clean finish and has plenty of room for remote controls and a variety of reading materials. Brightness of `54 style tail lights is controlled with a dimmer switch that is located inside one of the storage compartments. Merc couch plugs into a standard household 110v outlet... just like a table lamp.
Can't bear to put such a nice piece against the wall? Neither could we, that's why it's finished on the back too! This allows you plenty of flexibility when laying out your room since it looks nice on both sides (pinstriping shown here was optional). Corbin couch arrives to your door packaged carefully and on a pallet. Just be sure you have some buddies available to help you unpack the carton and move the couch indoors.
