Dual Saddle for Honda Silverwing
We've been getting hounded to make something for the Silverwing and it's finally here... Corbin comfort for your scooter! Our dual saddle takes the time tested Corbin engineering and applies it to the Silverwing. Ergonomically shaped seating buckets provide excellent weight dispersion and amazing comfort. We've even built in hardware to provide for removable backrests in the rider AND passenger positions. With a backrest in place, the rider's seating area offers a full 17 inches of vertical support.
Corbin backrests are simple to install and adjust easily to your riding posture. Just slide the backrest shaft into the internal hardware and lock it in place with a single bolt. You can then set the backrest angle to your preferred setting and lock it in with the easily accessible adjustment screw. Choose from a variety of backrest styles to suit your taste although we recommend the #02-S Ovalbac for a good combination of looks and support.
In the front, we have special hardware built in that allows the backrest to fold down and also to adjust fore - aft. This enables you to set the backrest position to your stature. Again, adjustment is very simple and does not require the seat to be removed from the bike... just change out a single set screw! To supply total comfort, the Corbin backrest is sculpted just like the saddle to provide an ergonomic fit to your body and give you support without pressure points.
All components include genuine leather seating and are built up with our exclusive Comfort Cell? foam for firm support. Comfort Cell is nearly twice as firm as the stock foam for support that lasts. This closed cell foam retains resilience indefinately and will actually break in to take on your shape as the miles roll by. Under the foam is our rigid Fibertech basepan that is specially designed to support the foam shape and fit perfectly to every contour of your bike.
To further customize the look of your bike, we can provide a variety of back plate options on our Ovalbac series backrests. Our standard back plate has a leather look (ABS) or choose from Carbon-Fiber look, Aluminum look or even primer if you'd like to have it custom painted. For a little extra, we can now provide a Chromed steel model like the ones we've used here.
So will it work with my new Givi trunk? We can't possibly test our saddle to work with every aftermarket accessory available, but we try our best. Yes, the Givi trunk works and many others probably will too. A lot will depend on the installation position of the trunk itself and any passenger pads built into the trunk. In some cases it may interfere with installation or use of the Corbin backrest on the rear which won't inhibit performance of the Corbin saddle.
Saddle and backrests come standard with genuine leather seating in your choice of colors and styles. A tasteful color coordinated welt is also included if you choose (shown with Ninja Red). Leather is a great seating surface for saddles because it is a natural product that will breathe and not trap too much heat against your body. It will also break in along with the foam shape and provide a personalized fit. Just be sure to care for it properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. This will help your seat to remain weather resistant and age gracefully while it developes its own unique character (just like a leather jacket).

Installation: Corbin's dual seat bolts to your Honda hinge mechanism just like the stock seat with just four bolts. We include a new shock/prop-rod to compensate for the difference in weight and geometry of the Corbin saddle. Weather stripping and complete instructions is included.
Passenger backrest will not work if you have an additional trunk installed on your bike.
