Oil level in 020 5-speed gearbox
Since 10/87, the oil level plug hole is located 7mm higher than on the earlier models. If you have older than 10/87 gearbox, remember ALWAYS to add additional 0.5 litres of oil through the speedometer driveshaft hole after the oil level plug is tightened!
Always use quality oil and remember that the car must be located on level surface when checking the transmission oil!
