ATVs in Man -- Yes, do not have to be registered or licensed.
Motorcycle -- Only if it is registered and licensed.
It is state law that motorcycles must be registered and licensed.
State government really screwed up when they created the new ATV law. They did not account for dirtbikes. Dirtbikes should be considered an ATV.
