Ride-In:
At our Hollister factory we offer Ride-In service. This is where you can get a saddle made specially for you while you wait. On any of our standard saddle models, we place the foam and basepan on your bike and let you take it for a ride. You give us input for changes you would like and watch the Corbin Wizards make it happen. Once you're satisfied with the shape, we make a cover for the saddle to your spec. What's the charge for this service? Nothing... Just the standard saddle price! Remember though, to better respect your time, we recommend that you call or write for an appointment.
In addition to modification of our standard saddles, we can special build seats from the ground up for custom bikes (Again, this is a service that can only be done with the bike actually in our shop in Hollister.) With this service we make a one-off basepan on your bike, build a foam shape as appropriate and custom design a new cover for the saddle. A special one-off saddle like the one shown here will run about $379.
The next level of custom designed saddles includes a more unique cover pattern. We can offer a wide range of stitch patterns in a variety of thread colors. We can also create simple logos, names or initials inlaid in a contrasting color. Something like this with a one-off basepan and foam shape would cost approximately $539.
No holds barred. A radical custom with a radical cover coordinated to a custom paint job. The quantity and complexity of the inlaid designs on the model shown here adds to the cost of the saddle. Notice how it was made to coordinate with the paint work in both color and design... very cool. Complex designs like this one on a custom one-off pan would run about $659.
Please note: When considering a custom design, please keep in mind that we do not offer any kind of embroidery work. We can provide various stitch patterns and such that are hand sewn and custom graphics that are built using layers of colored vinyl or leather, but no embroidery.
