Occupying 12 Percent International Market Share of Golf Trolley and Golf Cart
Since 1998, we have supplied CS (USA), S.O.I.B.(Spain), J.C. Penny and Wal-Mart with our electric scooters, golf carts, electric shopping carts, scooter parts and accessories. We have annual sales volume of over US$1 million.
Two New Products Monthly
With technical support from our Taiwan partner, our R&D team staffed by 12 engineers, develop 2 new products each month by using CAD and 3DMAX. At present, we have 16 models of electric scooter and electric golf trolley.
20,000 Units Monthly
With 15000-square-meter factory and 10 automatic production lines, our 340 employees can turn out 20,000 units monthly. Moreover, we have a 153,000-square-meter workshop for exercise equipment and a 333,300-square-meter workshop for electric golf trolley and electric scooter under construction, which to be due in August 2004 and August 2005 respectively.
Adopting ERP in QC
We introduced ERP management system to integrate our purchasing, production, storage and sales to reduce cost. And our ERP system can help us avoid any omission in QC procedure. Moreover, our 60 QC staff work under ISO 9001:2000-certified quality management.
Specialized Test Center
We have built Jinhua Ripu Test Center for Electric golf trolley to test our products and the ones from other factories. Moreover, our QC standards have been adopted as the first national standards in this field.
International Quality Approvals
All our products have CE approvals. And our key components including batteries, chargers, engines and controllers have UL and GS certifications.
