Daily rate includes accommodation, all meals, drinks (soft, wine, malt), hunting vehicle, hunting vehicle kilometres, Professional Hunter / Outfitter's fees, tracker's skinners, support staff, laundry, game licenses, and field preparation of trophies. A fully equipped skinning shed and cold-room facilities are established at Kusa Kusa.
Daily rate does not include animal trophy fees, rifle hire (from US$10 per day), drinks spirits, transfer vehicle kilometres to/from airports, transfers from one hunting concession to another, travelling to Nature Conservation Game Reserves, Shopping venues, etc.
A travelling fee 22 US cents per km is charged for these transfers, in the hunting vehicles that are provided with the hunt.
Entry fees to Game Reserves, Horse-riding, River-Rafting, Quad-bike or personal 4x4 hire and other activities fees, Taxidermy, Shipping and insurance of trophies are also not included in these rates and are all for the account of the Hunting party. A taxidermy services is available at nearby Harrysmith
Animal Trophy Fees US$:
The fees that we quote will be determined by the length of the hunt, the number of trophies required and the actual selection desired by the hunter. Please enquire for a comprehensive quotation.
Notes:

A deposit of 50% of daily rates secures booking

Full animal trophy fee payable if animal wounded
3.
Full account to be paid in US travellers cheques or US$ after the completion of the hunt in each concession area.
4.
.A .30-06 class, scoped rifle to be regarded as minimum for the larger animals listed above. Premium grade soft ammunition is required.
5.
We are to be notified of any particular dietary requirements and any medical conditions
6.
The Thukela Biosphere is a malaria-free area.

We have been informed that VAT on accommodation my be re-claimed by clients at the departure airport
