Corbin Saddle for Honda TRX 450R
Reinventing the four-wheeler... Corbin's Quad saddle is like nothing else on the market! We've taken a whole new approach to how a quad should ride. This new design has taken the principal elements of the hugely popular Corbin saddles for street bikes and applied them to the off-road environment. Sure, we know it's rare that you've got your butt planted in the saddle while tearing it up with your TRX, but when you do, you'll be glad you have it.
Naturally, the first thing you'll notice is how well the Corbin saddle integrates visually with the bodywork and design. Long story short, it looks cool! Then of course, it mounts just like stock with all brackets and hardware pre-mounted on the seat so it drops right on. Throw a leg over it and you'll notice a wider, more level seating platform. This shaping eliminates the centralized body pressure caused by the stock seat and makes it easier to slide forward and backward for control.
Hanging off the bike is not a problem... in fact, it works excellent. Our grippy "Black Husky" seat insert is a durable fabric material backed with rubber for comfort and water resistance. Over the edges we run our basket weave material to add additional grip. The wider, flat platform and sticky materials give you excellent control and help hold you body in position when you're hanging off the side.
Naturally we offer a range of color options if you'd like to customize your ride more. As shown, the saddle is dressed with Black Husky seating, Black Basket weave edges, Black Carbon-Fiber sides and Silver Carbon-Fiber Tail and Nose pieces. To coordinate with the Red TRX, we recommend changing the side panels from the black Carbon Fiber shown to our new Red Carbon Fiber. Corbin uses only the finest, most colorfast and durable vinyl materials available for our Quad and Dual Sport saddles.
Again, notice the precision fit of the Corbin basepan to the bodywork of the TRX. Our patented molding and manufacturing processes allow us to create a part that fits close to the body for a very clean look. Stock nylon basepans are too flexible for this kind of fitment. Corbin's quad saddle comes ready to install right out of the box will all hardware and brackets preinstalled.
Inside we use our high density Comfort Cell foam for firm support that won't break down while you're riding. Comfort cell is one of the critical elements to Corbin's legendary saddle comfort. Over 36 years of saddle making experience goes into the production of the Corbin seat and we carefully choose the specialty materials used in their manufacture.
Special Notes and InfoSeating: 13" wide x 29" long
Installation: Saddle comes ready to install right out of the box. Simply remove your stock seat and install the Corbin model in its place in exactly the same fashion. Our brackets look slightly different, but they operate on all the same points as your stock seat.
