Our Dual Tour accepts a removable backrest front and rear for added support. Corbin's backrests are fully adjustable so you can tailor their fit to your posture and are available in several styles. On this page we show our #02-S standard Ovalbac which provides the perfect blend of function and good looks. Corbin backrests provide good sculpted comfort and a wide contact patch for support. Installation of the backrest is simple and securely locks in with just one bolt.
The Dual Touring saddle features electric seat heaters built in for total touring luxury. Both seating positions are controlled by a single switch on the left side of the saddle. Heaters features two levels of heat and wire right into your stock fusebox. Heaters are standard, but even if you don't use them they'll add resale value to your bike! Heated seats require a stitch pattern to conceal the heating elements and we've found the Deco stitch shown to be extremely popular.
One custom option for your saddle setup is the removable backing plate on our Ovalbac backrests. Backrests come standard with an ABS model that has the look of black leather. Choose from a Carbon-Fiber look, Brushed Aluminum look or primer if you'd like to have it painted to match your bike. We can supply a pre-painted gloss black model or chromed steel one like we show here for just a little extra.
All components include genuine leather seating in your choice of styles and textures. On this bike we used our classic smooth black leather with a Deco stitch as mentioned above. To add a nice custom touch, silver carbon fiber welts were added (choose any color at no extra charge!).
Leather breaths with your body and will break in along with the foam shape for a personalized fit to your posterior. Just be sure to care for it properly with a good conditioner like our saddle cream. Your new seat will age gracefully, remain water-resistant and be your riding buddy for years.
About Corbin seat heatersMaximum Current Draw: 3.5 Amps at 13.8 volts
On High, the heater will attain a surface temperature of 107 degrees in roughly 10 minutes. The temperature is then tightly controlled and will cycle between 105-107 degrees for one hour. After one hour it is shut off by an internal timer. The heater can be reset for another hour of operation by moving the switch to the OFF position and then back to ON.
