Drill two holes (one where wire goes in, then another where it comes out). Get some dental floss and cotton balls. Tie dental floss to cotton ball, stuff in the hole, then use a shop-vac over the other (exit hole) to pull your cotton/dental floss through. Use the dental floss to pull your wire. This is the way you wire stuff in tubing on boats.
