About Us
World of Powersports is an authorized Parts & Accessory Dealer for Honda Motorcycle, ATV, Scooters; Yamaha Motorcycle, ATV, Scooters, Personal Watercraft & Generators; Kawasaki Motorcycle, ATV, Personal Watercraft; Suzuki Motorcycle, ATV, Scooters, Polaris ATV & Watercraft, Sea-Doo Jet Boats & Personal -Watercraft, Ski-Doo Snowmobiles, Bombardier ATV, Arctic Cat ATVs & Snowmobiles, Triumph Motorcycles, Parts Unlimited, Tucker Rocky, White Brothers, Custom Chrome, Chrome Specialties, Motorcycle Stuff, Fox Racing & many others.

We sell Genuine OEM Repair Parts and Accessories for the above franchises; along with hundreds of aftermarket accessories. Chances are if it's Powersports related; we can get it for you. We have so many products we still haven't been able to get them into a catalog. Please use our website or microfiche to locate genuine OEM replacement part numbers or cal us with any item you've seen somewhere else & we'll get the number for you. We are your "One Stop Shop for Everything Powersports".
Shipping
General: We ship UPS and USPS daily, FED-EX Ground and Air as required. We normally ship your order the same day you place it if your parts are in stock. Special Order items normally ship within 1-3 days. Expedited orders ship OUT as requested (Red=1 day, Blue=2 day etc) This DOES NOT include the time it takes us to get your parts however. See the chart below for estimated times of delivery.
International Orders: We DO ship internationally and to APO addresses, International orders require credit card verification by fax. Shipping prices for international customers are not calculated until the time of shipment. We can estimate freight for you upon request. Most international orders ship US Postal Service Global Express Mail. Click here to see international credit card verification form.
Oversize Items: ATV Fenders, Snowmobile belly pans, snowmobile and personal watercraft hoods, and a few other items are OVERSIZE freight and must be shipped via truck freight. These items will incur an additional charge of as much as $50 above the freight shown on your invoice. If you are ordering any of the above items we suggest you contact us by phone or email to see if they are oversize.
'Special Order' Delivery Times: Since we cannot possibly stock all the items that our customers desire we must 'special order' them from our suppliers. These items normally arrive at our dealership within 1-3 business days. Below is a chart of when you should expect your order to ship when ordering online. Note: Special Orders placed after 11 AM are not shipped by our suppliers until the following day.

Cancelled Orders
Because most of the items we offer are 'special order' items, we charge your credit card when your order is placed and then order the products we don't have in stock from our supplier. Because our suppliers charge us a 20% restock fee on cancelled orders or returns we must charge a 20% restock fee on any order that has been placed then cancelled. This restock fee may sometimes be waived if you re-order similarly priced items. If you are not sure what you need please contact our customer service department at 800-432-8937.
Returns
All items needing returned must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our office. All returns for Credit must be made within 15 days - we do allow exchange returns on all non-electrical items up to 60 days. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any missing, defective or damaged goods. If we are in error full credit will be issued. WE DO CHARGE a 20% restocking fee on items returned for credit if items were ordered incorrectly by you or are returned because they are not needed. WE DO NOT CHARGE a restock fee on EXCHANGES for non-dealer customers. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with the returned item(s) circled. All items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resell. All returns are for Credit Only. These terms supersede any terms shown on our invoices ¨C terms on invoices are for retail, IN-STORE customers.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS or ITEMS WITH COST < $6.00
Account Credits ¨C Once the RA part is received by World of Powersports and meets the above requirements a credit will be applied to your parts account for future orders, or credited to your credit card if requested. YOU WILL NOT GET CREDIT IF THE ABOVE TERMS ARE NOT FOLLOWED!

PAK Qty: All Items ship in PAK or CASE Quantities to dealers.
Back Orders: Back Orders will be shipped when received unless cancelled by you. We DO NOT hold orders for Back Order items.
