From what I know about my old AK Rockets and saw this year in the Pocket Rocket, the PR is a lot softer and seems to be constructed out of very different materials. The specs on the French web site appear to be the same as the old AK Rocket i.e. 118/86/110. Looks like a great ski. I love my old AK Rockets though did not have them with me for the powder at Fernie this year. Also needed them for opening day at Mt. Bachelor. The powder was fantastic for an opening day at Mt. Bachlor. Much drier than I expected.
