Why is there a fee for on-line payment?
On-line payment, while extremely convenient, is not free. The Neuter Scooter offers services at our lowest possible cost. We simply can not absorb the entire cost of on-line payments. Three dollars is the average fee we pay for each appointment paid for on-line.
If you are scheduling 5 cats, the fee we are charged for your on-line registration is significantly greater than three dollars. We require that you schedule again if you are booking more than 5 cats so we don't incur an overwhelming processing fee for your appointment.
