  I love my MAgic Bullet! I am changing my eating habits and using protein shakes to start my day. The MAgic Bullet is an all in one blender. I put my liquids, powder and ice in, blend it, then remove the power unit and the container becomes my cup to go. Less to clean than a blender because the blender becomes the cup. • Great product,until plastic shaft broke all to pieces!!
  I have owned the magic bullet now for 3 1/2 years, and it has worked great from the time I took it out of the box; and up until the clear plastic shaft broke pieces!! I was a little disappointed that the shaft is made of cheap plastic, and I don't think that this item should break after only 3 1/2 years!! My old Oster Blender is 20 years old, and is still working, but does not do half as good of a job as this magic bullet!! I could not get my shakes with ice smooth with my Oster blender, like I could with the Bullet. This makes shakes silky smooth! It also makes great guacumole that is out of this world!! It grinds coffee great, and makes one heck of a margaruita!!
  Despite the weak shaft, I would still recommend this product to anyone!! With all the versitility of this product, I would have to say that it more than pays for itself in the 3 1/2 years I've owned it!!
  I bought a cheaper replacement equivalent ("The Rocket" made by Bella) that is supposed to do everything this one does! I paid $24.99 for the Bella at Kohl's; about half the price of the Bullet. I don't quite know if it is as good as the bullet, but I noticed it takes about twice as long with the Bella model to blend coffee, and make my favorite guacamole dish. (Not to big of a deal) I don't know how my shakes will come out yet, but I think I will miss my Magic Bullet dearly!!

• Malfunctioned almost immediately
  I hate to add to negative reviews, but I must. The Magic Bullet was awesome while it worked, which was maybe two weeks, then it started to smoke every time and the spinning segment inside the base was burning away the gray plastic liner. Then it refused to spin.

• Magic Bullet terrific
  I simply love the Bullet. It has lived up to everything they promised plus. I make a smoothie to die for - made fresh soup - a few bean dips - low fat hot choc that is also to die for - chopped ice - made sauces and soups for one - make an onion and garlic paste to use for dips - can go on and on.
  I live right by the water so in the winter it gets real frosty. I come home and bullet a hot chocolaste to drink while I cook my homemade fresh soup in micro - I am eating and all warm and toasty in 30 minutes. I must have bought approx 6 total and gave them out as presents (but I kept 2 for me just in case one breaks) But I am using this juicer for well over 3 yrs and i use it a lot and it still works beautifully!!!!
  I am disabled and cannot stand for too long and this is such an ease for me to use. I can chop like a pro in a heartbeat. Am back checking for a chance to buy one for another friend
  My regular blender is somewhere in the back of the closet. Now their juicer leaves alot to be desired but I have a good juicer anyway. But if you want great mixes or smoothies or fruit drinks (make one with plain low fat yogurt banana and 2 strawberries and about 10 blueberries) and mix in the boost - whew! And it is a meal replacement! And it is about the size of a sauce jar so it takes up no room. Wish I could get more of of that Boost but waddya gonna do?
  Oh and you can make about 3 kinds of dip and then some sauces and have thenm out in no more than 15 minutes - and I did it too

• Still worth the money
  My previous unit finally broke at the gear in the center like everybody else after almost 2 years of usage. I use it daily to make my morning shakes so I feel I got my use out of it. It is far more convenient than using a blender and if I get another 2 years out of the new one I bought, I will probably keep on buying one. I only gave it 4 stars because I do not understand a company that does not improve a critical flaw in a product they sell that is both excellent and popular.
  
  One comment I would like to make for users of this product. I noticed shorter people(women, children) tend to not push the blender down evenly when they use this but instead tend to push it more toward themselves. This will tend to put more pressure on the cup's nubs near you, sometimes breaking them. I am guessing this may also put more pressure on the center gear that tends to break for most of the users....more info
• Below Average Blender in Convenient Package
  From a pure blending standpoint, the Magic Bullet isn't close to what they show you on TV. It can get the job done, but isn't as fantastic as they make it appear in the infomercial. It has trouble blending the stuff on top, often times leaving shakes and smoothies a bit uneven. Harder stuff doesn't blend well at all as the bullet just doesn't have the power of a conventional blender.
  
  Convenience wise, the Magic Bullet is great. The cups mean little cleanup, and it is small enough to not take up much cabinet space. For those who have dealt with conventional blenders, the cleanup can be a pain. This is perfect if you're planning on making multiple drinks throughout the day.
  
  The overall concept of the magic bullet is great, it's just the execution fails a bit. There is a reason the big, clunky blenders have dominated the market for decades. They just have more power. If the Magic Bullet was $20 cheaper, I'd say it's a great deal. Otherwise, I would only recommend it to those who will be using it for smoothies and shakes and have little cabinet/counter space to work with....more info

  I purchased not one but 3 Magic Bullets. One for me and one for each daughter. I use mine almost every day and love it. The only problem is, when I have company, I have to buy several gallons of milk ( maybe I oughta get a cow) because everyone loves Smoothies. Try Ovaltine. YUM ...more info

  I purchased last year for christmas. It stopped working in late November.
  I wasn't able to contact them until after the holidays on December 26th. Because it was shipped on Dec 20th they would not honor the warranty because I was 6 days over the year. • Just stick with your blender...
  Okay, we gave it a chance. We knew we were taking a risk when we bought the Magic Bullet. Even though it seemed too good to be true, we figured we'd give it a try since the reviews were mixed. Maybe we'd have good results. Well, I don't know what the folks giving this thing high reviews are mixing, but for us it's basically a piece of junk. We have had some success, unintentional, using it as a "pre-blender." That is, we try to make a smoothie or a shake in the Magic Bullet, then give up and pour (actually spoon or scrape) the ingredients into our old blender to finish the job.
  
  Basically, the Bullet just spins the ingredients up against the side of the container and then the blade just spins with nothing touching it. And, unlike regular blenders where you can lift the lit, move stuff around and go again, with the MB, you have to turn it upside down, unscrew the lid and go through the same process again.
  
  And, if you're looking for something quieter, the MB may be a little quieter than our 25-year old blender, but not by much. I don't really see any way the the Bullet is a win, especially for the price. Cheap plastic construction (of the blender itself as well as very cheap plastic mugs, etc.). This baby is going back to the store as soon as we can get it cleaned up and boxed up....more info
• Not a durable product
  I bought the Magic bullet because I like the compact size which is perfect for preparing baby food. It functioned greatly in the initial use. However, after only a few times, the base broke down and I have to send for replacement under the limited 1 yr warranty. Their customer service was not that responsive in returning emails. • Too Many Parts
  I ordered this based on the recommendation of a friend. Its seems to be a high quality machine, but I returned it because it simply had too many parts to be useful. It came with extra mugs and lids which I didn't need and don't have space to store. I didn't use it as my current counter top blender suits my needs better than this with all of its 17 pieces!...more info
• wish it had a bigger container
  I have used this blender for about a month. It works great and I haven't had any problems with the motor as yet. I like the base because it is small on the counter. I do wish there was a bigger container offered. I've searched and can't find one offered. I like to use two cups of cold coffee, the better part of a medium frozen banana, and protein powder to make my shake in the morning. I have to mix in two batches.
  That's all I've used it for so far. When this thing breaks, and from what I understand it's just a matter of time, I'm going to get another brand (ie Hamilton Beach). I really don't need all the cups and never see myself making 6 smoothies at a time. ...more info

• It will only chop your money . . .
  Please take my advice and do NOT buy the magic bullet. I purchased this as a gift for my partner. It was used only to make soy and juice drinks a few days a week. Within three months it simply stopped working. The maker DOES NOT stand behind the product and DOES NOT honor their warranty.

  I had all four of my wisdom teeth out and this machine arrived just in time for my week long of eating pureed foods! It's light weight, easy to use, and simple to clean. I use it everyday for my protein shakes. It's definitely worth the money!...more info

  This product works good for me..I am not sure why its bottom is getting detached for some people here, but mine works fine without issues since past few years! Only once it got overloaded and overheated and stopped completely. I thought it is dead, But after some time of cooling off - it works fine again.. to repeat the comments below - this piece is good only for small tasks ( 2 persons ) . If you are plannig for more people you need a bigger blender OR use this one in batches. Unlike other blenders - this one is very easy to clean ! ...more info
• This should get minus stars
  Just like most of the other customers, the black bottom that connects to the main unit stripped away and will not turn the blade. This is the second time I've had to replace it. All I ever make was smoothies with it and it couldn't handle it.
  I might as well go buy a blender and toss the bullet.

• Don't waste your money!
  I have the 110 volt plug in Bullet, the rechargeable bullet, and a Bella 110 volt plug in Blender. We use our blender(s) nearly every day. Without a question, the Bella outperforms the Bullets many times over. The rechargeable bullet is frankly "WORTHLESS"! To many downs to even worth mentioning. Just a plain waste of money. The 110volt Bullet is barely useful. The RPM's on the motor are to low and it takes for ever to mix a blended drink with ice cubes. The top of the motor and switches gum up very easily with just a little leakage from the mixer, and there is no easy way to clean or lubricate them. The Bella makes short work of ice cubes with a very high rpm motor/blade combo. The funny thing is that if you watch the sale ads, the Bella Frequently sells at major stores for aroung $24 to $30. • Very handy blender
  I've had it for less than a month and I have to say that this is one of the most convenient blenders and certainly the easiest to clean. I have limited counter-space and this hardly takes up that much room... and has been perfect for whipping up baby food, shakes and sauces. It's been great for making small portions and it has worked well so far.
  
  The only concern that I would note about the product and that is the safety feature (or lack thereof). My husband washed the blade and stored it on top of the motor base -- which is a big no-no because if you accidentally press down on it and triggered the motor, you could lose your fingers. I think something as simple as an on-off switch would be helpful. Anyways, I try to unplug it whenever it's not being used....more info
