  • Please Don't Buy
The product sucks. It only worked for about three weeks and the seller wants you to jump through hoops to get a credit or replacement. I would not recommend the product or the seller. ...more info
  • Pretty good all around
I bought this almost a year ago, I am one of those annoying people that is always on the phone in the car, so I wanted to do it as safely as I could. I had bought another model that sat more outside the ear, and was annoyed at the fact that it constantly flopped off and did not sit stable. This was a little more expensive than the others, but I liked the fact that it takes the common usb charger for the battery and sits more inside the ear, as well as the fact of the slim wire that goes around the back of the ear.
This is stable and light weight. The controls are very easy to use. It holds a charge well. It is very discreet to me.

The only drawback is it doesnt have much for noise cancellation, so if you're outside with this on, the person on the other end will hear almost everything.

Overall I am pleased with this. I would recommend getting it on amazon instead of a brick and mortar- I ordered a second one on here for less than half of what I paid for it in brick and mortar. GREAT value!...more info
  • Great Headset
The battery in my HS850 is finally done after 2 years. The H375 is sold everywhere for cheap. So, I give it a try.

The H375 is as good as the HS850 but smaller. The H375 connects to my phone much faster than the HS850. The sound is as good as the HS850 and louder.

The 375 fits my ear pretty good. It is very light in weight. The buttons are difficult to press at first; but I finally get the hand of it.

I think the 375 is the low cost model. It doesn't have the conference call function or the call waiting function. This is not a big deal. I can just flip through the buttons in my phone to make conference call.

The 375 has a very long range. This is not good for me. I leave the 375 in my car in the parking lot and go to my office couple floors up to the building. Many times when I pick up or make a call, I can't hear anything. I first think there may be poor reception. But it turns out that the call is being picked up by the 375 in my car down in the parking lot.

Another problem I can think of is when I press a button, the 375 makes a beep. The beep is way way too loud. I can lower the volume but it lower the voice at the same time. So, this is not that good.

Overall, the H375 is a very good headset....more info
  • poor
I do not like this one...it does not fit my ear canal, nor doe the ear hook stay secure on me. It functions okay, but i would rather have my money back. I'm very dissapointed on this one......more info
  • Uncomfortable, poor sound quality
(This review is actually for the H371 purchased through Best Buy.) This was my wife's first bluetooth headset and I've often had trouble understanding what she was saying. The rubber ear bud came off of hers and was lost, and since she liked this model and we were unable to find replacement ear buds I bought another one. I soon lost another brand headset that I was using so decided to use her original unit with the extra ear bud that was included with the new unit I bought her. People often can't understand what I'm saying with this unit (the problem is worsened by the fact that it won't say aligned with my mouth), where there was never a problem with my previous model (a Plantronics). This unit is also very uncomfortable for me, such that I'm not able to wear it more than 10 or 15 minutes before it digs into the back of my ear.

Being so close to Christmas, I'll probably tolerate it and throw plenty of hints (with links to Amazon Wishlists) for a different model :-)...more info
  • Moderately happy with this item...
For the price I paid, I got a moderately good headset. I have had no problem with it so far and it functions well. This is my first bluetooth headset and therefore I am not expecting much from this particular item. The ear piece could be a lot more comfortable but then again for a 20 dollar Bluetooth headset, this is the best one can get. 4/5...more info
  • Great little earpiece H375
This is the best of the two earpieces that I use with my Blackberry. Reception dist > 30', excellent mic and sound suppression, great ear fit.

My only issue is the over-the-ear plastic part which has broken. I need to replace the part. But at these prices, I may just buy a second H375 and change the over-the-ear hanger....more info
  • A VERY GOOD BUY.

  • Not Universal fit
I owned this headset for three weeks, I should have used better judgment and return it. Unless your ear is specific to the contours of this headset, it will fall out of your ears. The loop to go over your ear is flimsy and bends too easily making the mouthpiece too heavy to stay put in your ear.

I have owned dozens of headsets and this is the most uncomfortable one yet. The sound quality is great (when I have my hand pushing the headset in my ear to keep it in) this beats the purpose of handsfree!!

    Purchase with caution...more info
  • Totally Adequate
Got this for my new iPhone as my old Plantronics 650 was Palm proprietary. It's totally fine. I hate the around the ear thing too, but I actually find the soft, malleable plastic of the hook to be far more manageable than the more stiff and restrictive versions on some early headsets I owned. The in-ear bud that would works sans the over-ear clip is miserably uncomfortable compared to the Plantronics, so I have chosen to forego this option and stay with the default. All this said...it paired immediately with the iPhone and given that it was about 20 bucks, all in, I feel like the sound quality (at least in the car) is not at all bad. I'll stick it out for a while until I can no longer live without the Plantronics $130, top of the line version of what I previously used with my Treo....more info
  • Ok for low price but has problems...
For under 20 dollars this unit it okay. However, I can't recommend it. The rubber earpiece constantly falls off. I got one for me and one for my wife. Both of us lose the rubber piece and it is too uncomfortable to use without it, and the sound quality is poor without the rubber piece. I got mine at Costco about 6 months ago and will return it today because I can no longer find the rubber part. (I found my wife's yesterday when I vacuumed her car so she will hold onto hers a little longer.)

Another annoying issue is that the buttons on it are too hard to press when in use in your ear. Buttons should not require that you smash it against your ear to answer or hang up a call.

It does have very good battery life. However, the poorly fitting earpiece that constantly falls off is a big negative. Once you have selected the earpiece that best fits your ear you may want to put a small amount of glue in the earpiece to keep it attached or I guarantee that sooner or later you will lose the earpiece. Fortunately Costco has an eternal return policy. : )

  • Great gadget, awesome price!
First of all, the price was unbeatable: $11.00!!! This is only the second bluetooth headset I have owned, but I found it to be extremely better than my first one. I don't remember the exact model, but it was the predecessor to the Motorola HS850.

First I have to say that I use it mainly for when I'm driving. I'm not one of those people that walk around the grocery store with the thing hanging from my ear. Sound quality is excellent. I have no problems either hearing or being heard. It is extremely lightweight and stays securely in my ear, whereas my old one felt like it was about to fall off all the time. Even if this one didn't have the plastic loop on it, it would still stay securely in my ear. The earbud is comfortable enough. If you are planning to do any sort of extended talking, I would find an over-the-ear headset instead of an in-ear one.

The buttons take a little bit of getting used to. You can barely feel the on/off button click, and the answer/end-call button doesn't clik at all. It's more like a touch button. But you get the hang of them after a couple of times. Also, clicking those buttons without clicking the volume buttons at the same time takes a little practice. But after a few times you just learn to do it without thinking. It was very easy to pair to my cell phone (Nokia 6133) and has flawless compatibility with it.

All in all, more than happy with this headset. I bought the pink version for my wife and definitely recommend for the price....more info
  • Working good, but..
Have been using this bluetooth for about a month, is working good. My only complaint is about the ear nob is little bigger and I get pain on a long period talks. Probably, this is happening only to me, or dont know how other people feel about it. I really love to have something like iPod ear buds.:)...more info
  • Good for the price
This product is good if you are indoors and not driving with the top down, just like most headsets. Nothing is special about it except that the color and look of it matches my Razor V3t. ...more info
