This product is EXTREMELY DELICATE, and is not meant for people who are rough on their cell phones.
You are basically limited on this case to one attempt on the initial install, and repeated attempts (taking off, putting back on) WILL CAUSE THE SIDE CLIPS TO BREAK. I figured as much going in, and purchased two cases... the first didn't survive beyond breaking off one of the above mentioned clips during installation (might have been defective? although I never heard back from customer service)... on to case #2. This case actually survived about 5-6 days, with EXTREME care to prevent damage. This means having a dedicated "phone pocket" with no other items. I was more concerned with scratches at this point, but you get the idea...
Bottom line: very underwhelming, unless your phone spends most of it's time on a velvet pillow. Although, the included screen protector was awesome, but again, DON'T TAKE IT OFF!...more info - Do NOT buy this case
I bought this case because I thought it would be sturdy and fit well. Also the price attracted me initially.
After using it for several months I seriously regret using it and this is why:
The iPhone 3G fits snugly widthwise but NOT lengthwise. There is a gap of open space between the phone and the case. You may not notice it initially, but it is there. I tried closing it and used black electric tape (!) to secure the two interlocking pieces together as tightly as possible but the case is hard and this did not help.
Because of this gap between the phone and the case, debris can be trapped inside between the back of the phone and the interior of the case. As the phone slides up and down inside the case as it will in your pocket and when you are using it, any debris will cause the iPhone to become scratched--ultimately defeating the purpose of having a case!! There are scratches all over the back of my phone now, a few of which are noticeable and deep.
While the case is low-priced, it is still not worth the money. To avoid this problem you will have to remove the case every few days, then clean the phone off and clear the interior of the case of all debris. After 2 weeks of this, I'm throwing the case away. It has been nothing but a liability to me.
If you already own this case and are using it, I advise you to inspect your phone immediately. I think you will see what I'm talking about. This case is total garbage and has no place being near an expensive 3G iPhone.
Do yourself a favor, save your time, your money and Ignore the positive reviews....more info - not recomended

What can I say? The clips to keep it tight broke after maybe one week of use.
It was a cheap product but not even worth the value I paid for...Unfortunately, not worth the shipment price either.

I actually bought two of these products because my roommate was planning to get an iPhone but switched to the Google phone instead (wasn't too big a deal at this price, figured I'd have a spare). It wound up being a good thing because the first one broke not long after I bought it, the case no longer staying on.
That being said, however, the case works great. It doesn't interfere with use, keeps the phone from sliding all over and looks nice too. A good product and the price is definitely right so even if it does break, it's not a big deal to get another....more info - not worth the cash
As has been written in many reviews, the latches on this product break almost immediately no matter how delicately you handle it. My advise would be to spend the extra money and buy a case that will last a long time....more info - You get what you pay for

Just be careful not to touch the screen protector glue area, cause once you put your fingerprint over it you can not clean it and the product is useless. I'd tried to clean it and it got worst, couldn't use it. just be careful....more info - Service

About the only positive thing I can say about this product is that it arrived relatively quickly. So, they deliver products timely. Great.
Unfortunately, the truth is I would have been better off had they never shipped it to me. The product is awful. I ordered two, to have a backup in case I dropped the first one or it otherwise broke. Sure enough, after the first day of using the first cover, one of the hinges that holds it together became undone and broke. Once one of these hinges becomes undone, there's no going back. So basically, you can never take the cover off for fear that it will break. I learned that lesson after one day.
So, by day 2 I was already on cover number two. This one lasted me about a week before the same thing began happening. The top left hinge became undone, and then a week later the bottom right hinge became undone. The cover is pretty much useless.
I wrote to the company, explaining what happened in detail, and to this date (more than a week has elapsed since writing) I have received no response.
Save yourself the money and hassle and order a better product. I guess it's true what they say - you get what you pay for. Though this product, even at $5, is a terrible value....more info - Bad quality & Not right fit

Product does not snap very well on the side. One snap broke during installation. The other three broke when phone was dropped about 1ft from ground. I was under the impression that the case was to protect phone from drops and such. I did not expect it to break with in the first three days of use. I have not ordered another type of case. I read the reviews before I purchased the case. This case is a sturdy plastic case that has the look and feel of a suede-like silicone case, but without the flimsiness that accompanies most of the silicone cases sold everywhere, including amazon. Let me summarise what you shall get when you get this package;
1. A case with two parts, top and bottom, which clasp together via projecting clips. The inside (which you shall not see once you clasp them together and use your iphone) is obviously plastic, but the outside has a suede-like look. It gets dirty if you smudge it with oils and dirt, but don't all suedes and suede-alikes? (and the iphone itself anyway.)
2. It comes with a screen protector. I did not use the screen protector, as I had another one (javoscreen), but it looks average. If you want a superb screen protector, get one which completely covers the iphone and has a mirror-like shine like the javoscreen or xgear (some might not like its mirror, and its shine factor, you cannot please everyone)
3.It comes with a belt holster for clipping the iphone to your belt. It is detachable and comes separate, and does not have the metal connector in some silicone case covers, which some find annoying. I don't recommend putting the iphone in any kind of belt holster, it is too sensitive a phone, leave the holsters for the hardy nextel push-talk phones that can survive falls!
4.When the two cases are clasped together, the iphone feels firm, and unlike other reviewers, I did not feel any 'loosenes'. It had an exact fit.
5. If you look VERY closely, you shall find a gap between the two pieces, but this really should not be a concern. My clips felt tight.
6. The holes cut for the iphone are all cut at the right places, except the two holes next to the ear speaker. However, I have read reviews that state that they have been cut to enable the photosensor, etc to work. See pictures of the case by a reviewer to see the holes.
7.If you have the apple synching and charging dock, it shall not dock. But so do other cases which do not have a bottom detachable part, or specially made ones with docking capability.
8.It looks like it should not be parted out very often, since it is essentially two pieces of plastic with clips/clasps. However, everything needing to be accessed on the iphone is accessible, so, unless you have to remove the phone to dock it, why should you keep parting/removing the case parts?
9. It feels right, and does not make the iphone appear larger than it is. It slides easily into the pocket.
I am happy I bought it, and I hope that it shall last me longer than some other reviewers. The cover is shipped super fast, and it is less than $5, so if you don't like it, you can opt for alternatives. Since the iphone is a super-sensitive phone anyway, the case adds the protection that is required to protect the iphone from scratches and other aesthetic alterations.
Hopefully, I have shed some light onto the case specs.

Actually, I have to get another one, first one was hit by a SUV mirror while I am on the bike, the case still intact except two of the tabs broke off, the mirror broke too, I am OK, just have to visit the chiropractor 3 times a week for the next 6 months. IPhone was replaced (due to internal injury) by insurance company....more info - Fits Phone, could fit better
This fits the phone well but not exactly a seamless looking fit.
The right side clips together well, but both bottom corners and right side
do not clip tight enough to prevent the seam from showing. The interior is white so the breaks show.
Texture/rubberized feel does help keep it from sliding around in holster and hand. All iphones are rather slippery....more info - Less than quality
I know I should expect to get what I paid for, and this wasn't a very expensive product, but almost immediately after placing my iPhone in the case, the finish on the case began to wear off. I won't be purchasing anything like this again....more info
